- What did i learn from today's workshop? Phoning and asking questions is a GREAT idea. Was scared to sound stupid but understand now that calling will clarify and ensure you have all information they will need. Was a very good workshop with lots of good information.
- One thing i learned today was how important it is to use key words that the agency uses. Make your project fit the agency by using key words and phrases.
- One thing i learned: Support documents including 3 estimates from construction companies for a building project are crucial to have when applying for a grant. It's OK to submit the highest estimate to accommodate inflation rates.
- Lots of information. As an experienced grant writer i learned about "common threads". Writing page numbers in proposal and hyperlinks from the table of contents to specify pages.

- The availability of grants. Can create a job writing up grant for other organizations.
- Very informative, to the point, easy to follow.
- As a funder, i learned how great the demand is for funding as well as how frustrating it is to get funds
- I learned to have the highest power person in your organization sign the cover letter.
- Be careful not to acquire more funds then you can utilize. Wordsmithing! Split a program to stack your funding. Check with funders.
